Heading into the new year one of my main focuses is to apply a lot of what I have been learning from James Clear and his Atomic Habits. A big believer of tiny habits based on incredible research and inspiring experiences, James has a great way of explaining what can be achieved if you utilize small steps to make progress on your bigger goals. I plan on using the start of the new year as a launch point to insert this process in my daily routines. Please check back soon because writing more blog posts is a goal of mine. Each post will be one of those small steps (not daily but a lot better than I have been doing). How cool is that?!
